At the time of accepting this object for work, a monolithic reinforced concrete frame was already made at the construction site, which included: foundation, basement, ceiling, located on separate columns. Our design bureau was tasked by the customer to adapt this object to the terms of reference from the designer with the study of the constructive and architectural part. The object itself is of a complex shape. Two-story, where the second floor was made in the form of an attic, as well as a basement floor, where all technological equipment and engineering communications were located. personnel. An open-type terrace was also made on the second floor. Ceramic blocks 400 mm thick were used as a building envelope. The internal partitions separating the premises were also made of ceramics. block 150 mm thick. The filling of window openings is provided in the form of panoramic, stained glass, sliding systems. The overlap and at the same time covering the second floor is provided in the form of wooden trusses of the trussed system, with a beam section of 200X300 (h). The roof is gable, made on 3 levels, since the building is of complex shape, not rectangular and the central part protruding. Roof material: soft tiles. Also, near the spa complex at the end of the building, a summer kitchen is provided. It is made of a wooden frame and covered with wooden trusses, similar to those in the Spa complex.

The walls are an imitation of a roughly processed aged log house with a jute rope at the joints, the ceiling is made in the form of a pitched roof from materials mined in the taiga (wink) and brooms (decor) are dried on the very ridge of the roof. In contrast to the rough, textured wood finishes, some of the walls are finished with glossy glass illuminated from within. A separate art object in this room is a slab table with an imitation of a river flowing along it (epoxy resin) standing on untreated tree trunks that pierce the table top and imitate a snag sticking out of the water.
